Terms & Conditions

The rules for using this website, and the ground rules for working with us. Short, readable, and honest about what we can and can't promise.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of govistaai.com, operated by Go Vista AI of 6 St Peter’s Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3LF, United Kingdom. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2. Using this website

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
  • Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content except as a well-behaved search engine crawler.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems.
  • Introduce malware, or attack the site with denial-of-service or similar methods.
  • Submit false information, or someone else's details, through our enquiry forms.

We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, design, logos, graphics, case studies and articles — belongs to Go Vista AI or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or systematically reproduce our content without written permission. Client names and logos appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.

4. Enquiries and quotes

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices shown — including any "from" figures — are indicative starting points, not quotes. A quote becomes binding only once we've issued a written proposal and you've accepted it.

5. Client engagements

Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, ownership of deliverables and termination. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.

Unless the agreement says otherwise: fees are quoted excluding VAT, invoices are payable within 30 days, engagements run month to month with 30 days' written notice, and ownership of deliverables passes to you on payment in full.

6. No guarantee of search results

This matters, so we'll be blunt. Search rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads and revenue depend on factors outside our control — search engine and AI model algorithm changes, competitor activity, your market, your website, and how quickly recommendations get implemented. We commit to the work, the expertise and the reporting. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, visibility in AI answers, traffic level, conversion rate or revenue outcome, and any figures in our case studies are past results for specific clients, not a forecast for yours.

7. Third-party platforms

Our work uses platforms we don't own, including Google Search, Google Ads, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and analytics tools. We're not responsible for their availability, policy changes, account suspensions or pricing. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from the website or any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £1,000 where no fees have been paid.

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and cookies in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
